Lotus Eye Hospital And Institute Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the company will be meeting on Monday , February 13,2023 inter-alia to consider the following: - 1. Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the company for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2022. Further, with reference to our earlier intimation December 31, 2022, we wish to inform that, in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Insiders of the Company, the trading window will re-open from February 16, 2023 onwards.
