The Board of Directors of the Company have approved the following investments: 1.) Investment of upto Rs. 1.19 Crores (approx.) in FPEL Ujwal Private Limited 2.) Further investment of upto Rs. 0.69 Crores (approx.) in Clean Max Nabia Private Limited, for being qualified as Captive User under the provisions of Electricity Act, 2003 and Electricity Rules, 2005.
