| With reference to the Outcome of Adjourned Board Meeting dated November 14, 2020 submitted by us, we hereby inform you that the following items of businesses transacted as chairman's agenda was omitted by us while submitting the outcome:<BR> 1. The Board approved the creation of charges on the properties of the company under section 180(1) (a) of the Companies Act, 2013 subject to approval by shareholders at ensuing general meeting of the company.<BR> 2. The Board approved the increase in borrowing limit under section 180 (1) ( c ) of Companies Act, 2013 subject to approval by shareholders at ensuing general meeting of the company.<BR> <BR> Consequently, the above two items shall be included in the items to be transacted through postal ballot for approval of shareholders along with other items already intimated in point number 14 of Outcome of Adjourned Board Meeting submitted by us dated November 14, 2020.<BR> We deeply regret the inconvenience caused.<BR> Kindly take the same on your records.<BR> | |
