| Dear Sir<BR> <BR> As per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018, effective from April 1, 2019, and as per the clarification issued by the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) vide circular no LIST/COMP/o1/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019, it is advised to all listed companies at BSE that the trading window shall remain closed not later than end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results.<BR> <BR> In view of the aforesaid provisions, it is hereby intimated that the trading window of the Company shall remain closed after the Trading Hours on BSE on September 30, 2020 and shall be opened 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended September 30, 2020. <BR> <BR> This is for your information and record. <BR> | |
