Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 11th November, 2020 had transacted inter-alia the following items of business:<BR> <BR> 1. Considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020. A copy of Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review report thereon is enclosed for your records.<BR> <BR> 2. Approved the voluntary delisting of equity shares of the Company from The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (CSE). The equity shares of the Company will continue to remain listed on National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited (BSE), which have nationwide terminals.<BR>
