We would like to inform you that Trading Window for Directors/ Officers/ Designated Persons for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed from 18th March, 2023 in connection with consideration and approval of Annual CAPEX and Revenue Budget for the financial year 2023-24. The Window Closure period will be continued till the next Board Meeting to be held in May 2023 to consider and approve audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2023 pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
