Pursuant to the provisions of regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with para A of part A of Schedule III of the said Regulations, We wish to inform you that Mr. Abhay Jain (DIN: 01876385) was appointed as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 5 years commencing from 10th August, 2022, and Mr. Shiv Pravesh Chaturvedi (DIN: 06834388) was appointed as Whole-time Director of the Company for a period of 5 years commencing from 10th August, 2022, both on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and vide Board Resolution passed in the Board Meeting held on 10th August, 2022, and subject to the approval of the members in the General Meeting.
