| Mahamaya Steel Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on <BR>May 24, 2022, inter alia, <BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and Financial year ended on March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>2. To consider and recommend dividend for the Financial Year 2021-22 if any.<BR><BR>3. To consider the re-appointment of M/s. Sanat Joshi & Associates as a Cost Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23.<BR><BR>4. To consider the re-appointment of Mr. Nitesh Jain as Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23.<BR><BR>5. To consider the re-appointment of Mr. Subhash Rao as an Internal Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2022-23.<BR><BR>Further in continuation of the Company''s letter dated March 31, 2022 the intimation of closure of trading window in respect of the Company's Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading has already been closed for the Promoters / Directors / Officers / Designated Employees of the Company ('the concerned persons') w.e.f. from April 01, 2022 to till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022. | |
