| Pursuant to the special resolution passed at 27th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 21st day of September, 2021, the Company has filed application with hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad (NCLT) for capital reduction. We would like to inform you that the Company's petition for capital reduction has been admitted by NCLT and the first hearing was held on 07th February 2023. The NCLT has directed Three departments i.e. Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI), Registrars of Companies Ahmedabad (ROC) & Income Tax Department to give their report for the Mahan Industries Limited in the matter of capital reduction within Three Months.
