| Mahanagar Gas Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/06/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2020 and to recommend final dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the company for the year ended March 31, 2020 for the approval of the Shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.<BR> <BR> As informed earlier vide our letter dated March 30, 2020, the trading window for trading in the securities of the Company by the designated persons shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results i.e. from March 31, 2020 (Tuesday) to June 12, 2020 (Friday) (both days inclusive), in terms of the requirements of the Company's Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. | |
