We wish to inform you that, at the 40th Annual General Meeting held today i.e., 29 July, 2022, the Members of the Company have approved the Re-appointment of Ms. Aruna Bhinge (DIN: 07474950) as 'Non-Executive Independent Director' for the second term of 3 consecutive years, with effect from 14 May, 2023 to 13 May, 2026.' The details as required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular no.
