| Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform that, Mr. Sujit Vaidya has resigned as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company and accordingly, he shall cease to be the Chief Financial Officer and also a Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. closure of business hours on May 31, 2023. The Nomination and Remuneration Committee will identify and recommend to the Board, a new Chief Financial Officer of the Company for appointment in due course of time. The Management places on record their sincere appreciation for the contribution made by Mr. Sujit Vaidya during his association with the Company. The details as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/ CMD/ 4/ 2015 dated September 09, 2015, are given as Annexure A. | |
