| Please find attached extracts of the public notice published in the print version and electronic version of the newspapers viz. Business Standard (in English) and Sakal (in Marathi) today i.e. on Friday,15 January 2021, in compliance with Regulation 47 and other applicable provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, informing that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Mahindra Logistics Limited ('the Company') is scheduled to be held on Friday, 29 January 2021, to inter alia, consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2020, subject to limited review by the Statutory Auditor of the Company and also informing on closure of the Trading Window of the Company.<BR> <BR> Detailed disclosure in this regard is attached. <BR> <BR> Kindly take the same on record and acknowledge receipt. | |
