Dear Sir, With reference to the captioned matter, this is to inform the exchange that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from Friday, 1st July, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2022. The Date of Board Meeting in which the results would be considered shall be intimated in due course. Kindly take the same on your record.
