Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and in terms of the provisions of the Code of Conduct for Trading in Listed Securities of Maitri Enterprises Limited, the "Trading Window" for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all Directors/Connected/Designated Persons from Thursday, 1st April, 2021 and the same will remain closed till 48 hours after the announcement of Audited Financial Results for the quarter/year ending on 31st March, 2021(both days inclusive). The date of announcement of the Audited Financial results for the quarter/year ending 31st March, 2021 shall be informed in due course.
