We wish to inform you that the Company has acquired 2,45,000 Equity Shares (representing 49% of the paid up equity share capital), of Man Projects Limited ('MPL') and accordingly, MPL has become wholly owned subsidiary of the Company w.e.f. March 29, 2023. The details as required under the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated 9th September 2015, are enclosed.
