In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended and Companies Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons, please note that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain close for all the Directors and Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives from 1st October, 2021 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September, 2021 to the Stock Exchanges where the shares of the company are listed.<BR> <BR> The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September, 2021 will be informed in due course. <BR>
