Please note that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain close for all the Directors and Designated Persons of the Company and their immediate relatives with effect from 1st April, 2023 till the end of 48 hours after the announcement by the Company of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023 to the Stock Exchanges where the shares of the Company are listed. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023 will be informed in due course to the Stock Exchanges where the shares of the Company are listed. Accordingly, all Connected Persons/Designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
