| The 'Company along with the other appellants' ('Appellants'), have challenged the order dated September 22 2020, passed by the Whole time member ('WTM') of Securities and Exchange Board of India SEBI (SEBI), before Securities Appellate Tribunal ('SAT'). In continuation of that, we wish to intimate that, an order was pronounced by the SAT. In terms of the order passed by the SAT, the impugned order passed by the SEBI against the Company cannot be sustained and hence quashed. The Copy of the SAT order is herewith attached for your reference. The Company is in the process of receiving the Certified Copy of the Order from the Registry. | |
