With reference to captioned subject, we wish to inform that the 39th Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at 3.00 P.M. IST through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'), in compliance with the General Circular No. 14/2020 dated April 8, 2020, 17/2020 dated April 13, 2020 20/2020 dated May 5, 2020 and 02/2021 dated January 13, 2021 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs ('MCA circulars'), and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD1/CIR/P/2020/79 dated May 12, 2020 and SEBI/HO/CFD/CMD2/CIR/P/2021/11 dated January 15, 2021, to transact the businesses as set forth in the Notice of AGM. <BR> <BR> <BR> Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 and 34 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), 2015 please find enclosed the Notice of the 39th AGM along with the Annual Report of the Company for the FY 2020-21. <BR> <BR>
