This is to inform you that in alignment of Resolution Plan approved by Hon'ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench vide its order dated 27th September, 2022, the Board of Directors has fixed Friday, March 24, 2023 as the Record Date for the purpose of cancellation of entire physical shares of existing shareholders of Mangalya Soft-Tech Limited as record date and capital reduction for demated shares to the extent of 1/8th of total shares held by existing shareholders in the Company.
