Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 (as amended) read with Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of insider Trading, we hereby inform you that the Trading Window for dealing/trading in the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the Directors/KMP/Connected Persons/Designated Employees/Class of Designated persons & their Immediate Relative from Sunday, 01st day of January, 2023 till 48 hours after conclusion of Board Meeting regarding declaration of financial results for the Nine Months and Quarter ending on 31st December, 2022. Accordingly they are advised not to trade in the Securities of the Company during closure of Trading Window.
