In accordance with the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Second Amendment) Regulation, 2019, effective from July 25, 2019 and as amended from time to time and in terms of Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from Friday, July 01, 2022 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended as on June 30, 2022. The details of the Board Meeting to consider the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2022 will be intimated in due course.
