| We wish to inform you that the 9th Annual General Meeting ('AGM') of the members of Manpasand Beverages Limited was held on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at 04.00 p.m. through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). All the resolutions as set out in the Notice of 9th AGM have been duly approved with requisite majority.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the details regarding the voting results of the business transacted at the 9th Annual General Meeting of the Company marked as 'Annexure -1'.<BR> <BR> We also enclosing the Consolidated Report of the Scrutinizer, dated 31st December, 2020 pursuant to Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20(4)(Xii) of the Companies (Management and Administration) Amendment Rule, 2015 marked as 'Annexure 2'.<BR> | |
