The 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of Margo Finance Limited ('The Company') was held today i.e. Friday, September 16, 2022 at 12:30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM') in compliance with the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India.
