Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 ("Listing Regulations"), we would like to inform you that based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors, vide Circular Resolution dated May 3, 2023, approved on May 3, 2023, have re-appointed Ms. Smita Kulkarni (DIN: 08127803) as a Director designated as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a second term of five(5) consecutive years with effect from May 8, 2023 subject to the approval of shareholders.
