Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the copies of the notice published in the Business Standard (English) and Navshakti (Marathi) editions today i.e December 10, 2021, in accordance with the IEPF Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016, requesting the concerned shareholders to lodge claims in respect of 2nd Interim dividend FY2014-15 that are unclaimed during last seven years, failing which the said dividend and underlying shares shall be liable to be transferred to IEPF.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and records.
