Marico Limited has informed the Exchange that with reference to the Audited Financial Results submitted earlier today, there was a typographical error under Note 1 of the notes to the audited Consolidated and Standalone financial results respectively submitted for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022, wherein the word ''unaudited'' had been inadvertently mentioned. Accordingly, the financial results of the Company with the updated notes are enclosed for records. We confirm that there is no change to the financial numbers reported for the aforesaid period.
