| This is to further to our letter dated April 13, 2022, submitting the Postal Ballot Notice along with explanatory statement, seeking approval of the Members of the Company on the special resolutions. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with the rules made thereunder, the Company conducted the postal ballot by remote e-voting process as set out in the Notice. Mr. Makarand M. Joshi and in his absence Mrs. Kumudini Bhalerao, Partners of M/s. Makarand M. Joshi & Co., Practising Company Secretaries, Mumbai, were appointed as the Scrutinizer for this purpose. The remote e-voting period commenced at 9:00 a.m. IST on Friday, April 15, 2022 and concluded at 5:00 p.m. IST on Saturday, May 14, 2022. As per Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI LODR, please find enclosed the details of voting results and report of the Scrutinizer thereon. All special resolutions have been passed by the Members with requisite majority through Postal Ballot by remote e-voting process. | |
