In furtherance of the intimation dated June 23, 2022 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of Markolines Pavement Technologies Limited (Formerly known as Markolines Traffic Controls Limited) ("the Company") to be held on Wednesday, 27th July 2022, at 11:00 A.M. IST through Video Conferencing ("VC") / Other Audio-Visual Means ("OAVM"), along with the Explanatory Statement pursuant to Section 102 of the Companies Act, 2013, which is being sent to the Members of the Company whose name appear on the Register of Members/ List of Beneficial Owners as on Friday, 24th June 2022 (cut-off date) through electronic mode for obtaining approval of the Members for increasing the Authorised Share capital of the Company and ancillary matters thereof.
