The Board Meeting to be held on 09/11/2021 has been revised to 10/11/2021 This is reference to our intimation dated 26th October, 2021 in respect of the proposed board meeting scheduled to be held on 9th November, 2021 at Mumbai, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company (both Standalone and Consolidated) for the Quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021. <BR> <BR> Please be informed that the above board meeting has been re-scheduled to Wednesday, 10th November, 2021.<BR> <BR> Please note that as per the Insider Trading Code of the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in Company's shares has been closed for the Company's Designated Persons from 1st October, 2021 and will remain closed till Forty-Eight hours after the announcement of the Financial Results on 10th November, 2021.<BR>
