In terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by designated persons framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading)(Amendment) Regulations, 2018, the trading window for dealing in the securities of Marksans Pharma Limited (the Company) for the insiders of the Company will remain closed with effect from Friday, 1st January, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2020. The date of declaration of financial results will be intimated separately in due course of time.
