Maruti Suzuki India Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 15, 2020 to August 26, 2020 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 26, 2020.<BR><BR>The dividend payment date is August 31, 2020 subject to the approval of the shareholders in the ensuing annual general meeting.
