This is to inform that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, and BSE Circular No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed to all Directors / Connected/ Designated Persons from 1st April, 2023 till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2023. Accordingly, all Directors/ Connected/ Designated Persons of the Company are advised not to trade on the securities of the Company during the trading window closure period.
