Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, this is to inform you that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held Today the 13th November 2020 at the Registered Office of the Company, has inter-alia considered and approved the following business:<BR> 1. Approval of Unaudited Standalone Quarterly Financial results and Limited Review Report for the Second Quarter ended 30th September 2020<BR> <BR> 2. To accept resignation of Mr. Suresh Chandra Partani as an Independent Director<BR> <BR> The above matter has been duly approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting which commenced at 01:00 p.m. and concluded at 01.30 p.m.<BR> <BR> We are submitting herewith the certified true copy of the aforesaid unaudited quarterly and half yearly results along with Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditor of the Company.<BR> <BR> Please take the same on record.<BR>
