| This is to inform you that the Buy Back Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held today i.e. June 22, 2022, inter-alia, approved the following: 1. Final Buy Back price of Rs. 1,150 /- (Rupees One Thousand One Hundred and Fifty Only) per equity share (the "Buy Back Price") and the aggregate amount of Buy Back upto Rs. 750 Million (the "Buy Back Size") excluding any expenses incurred or to be incurred for the Buy Back the total number of shares to be bought back in the Buy Back shall be upto 6,52,173 (Six Lakh Fifty Two Thousand One Hundred and Seventy Three Only) 2. Fixed Monday, July 4, 2022, as the record date for the purpose of determining the names of the equity shareholders who are eligible to participate in the Buy Back and their entitlements. 3. Appointment of BSE Limited as the Designated Stock Exchange for the purpose of buy back of equity shares of the Company. Submitted for your information and records | |
