Pursuant to Regulation 30 (4) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR), we wish to inform the Exchange that the Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 09th May 2023 have approved allotment of 1500 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each at an exercise price of Rs. 336.40 per share towards exercise of options under Matrimony.com Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014. Further to the above, please find below the statement pursuant to Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share based Employee Benefits) Regulations, 2014;
