| With reference to the captioned subject,we would like to inform you that an EGM of the members of the Company which was scheduled to be held on Friday, April 10, 2020 at the registered office of the Company situated at Betegaon Village, Boisar (East), Taluka, Dist. Palghar- 401501 at 10:00 a.m stands postponed till further notice due to worldwide spreading of coronavirus or COVID -19.India is going through a rough phase of a global health scare- Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic.The lock down in India has been extended till 14th April, 2020, due to which no shareholders will be able to attend the EGM in person.Due to the postponement of the EGM, the Company has blocked the E-voting facility to be provided by Link Intime India Private Limited which was supposed to be commenced from April 07, 2020 to April 09, 2020.Rescheduled date for EGM & revised e-voting facility period shall be intimated accordingly.
