In terms of the Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchanges Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Stock Exchange is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the Company vide its Resolutions by Circulation dated 2.5.2022, has approved the followings: 1. Approved upto Rs.2.70 crores subsidy on the distribution of insecticides/agrochemicals to farmers in compliance with guidelines issued by the Cane Commissioner of U.P. vide its letter dated 20.4.2022. 2. Approved upto Rs.3.50 Crores for undertaking urgent expenses to procurement of certain equipment and its spares and re-shelling of Rollers at its units Mawana Sugar Works, Mawana and Nanglamal Sugar Complex, Nanglamal.
