In terms of Regulation 30 read with Para B of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI Listing Regulations, we wish to inform that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee ('NRC') at its meeting held on October 31, 2022 has considered and approved the grant of 81,84,056 (Eighty-One Lakh Eighty-Four Thousand and Fifty-Six) ESOPs to the eligible employees of the Company and / or its subsidiaries, under the MHIL ESOP- 2022.
