We wish to inform that based on the recommendation of nomination & remuneration committee, the board of directors ('Board') of Max Healthcare Institute Limited ('Company') at its meeting held on February 2, 2023 have considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Dhiraj Aroraa as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from February 3, 2023. Further, Mr. Rakesh Kumar Kaushik, who was appointed as 'Interim Compliance Officer' by the Board will cease to be 'Interim Compliance Officer' with effect from the close of business hours on February 2, 2023.
