In compliance with the requirements of "The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015" (as amended from time to time) and "Code of conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives and Adoption of Minimum Standards as Prescribed in the Law" as adopted by the Company, it is hereby informed that the Trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from 1st October, 2021 till end of 48 hours from the declaration of the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter ended on 30th September, 2021.
