Further to our intimation to the Stock Exchange dated 23rd July, 2021, pursuant to Regulation 30 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 we hereby inform that the Max Heights Infrastructure Limited (''the Company'') has disposed off its stake of 1,95,000 shares @ Rs. 10/- each constituting 19.5% held in Icon Realcon Private Limited (Subsidiary/Material Subsidiary Company'') on 8th October, 2021.<BR> <BR> However, consequent to the said transaction, the Company would continue to hold 54.5% shareholding in Icon Realcon Private Limited.<BR> <BR> This is for your intimation and records.
