| MAXHEIGHTS INFRASTRUCTURE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been convened on Saturday, 12th February, 2022 at 3:00 P.M. at the Registered Office of the Company, SD-65, Tower Apartment, Pitampura, New Delhi -110034, inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter ended on 31st December, 2021.
