We would like to inform you that as per the Company''s Minimum Standards of Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees&Connected persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) (PIT Regulations) and pursuant to BSE Circular Ref No: List/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019 on the provisions of Clause 4 of the Schedule B of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, the Trading Window for dealing Securities of the Company shall remain closed with effect from 01st October, 2020 to the completion of 48 hours from the declaration of un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020 by the Board of Directors of the Company.<BR> The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company. Further the date of the Board Meeting for considering the said un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2020 shall be intimated In due course.<BR> <BR> <BR>
