Debt Securities or Non-Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares, listed on recognized Stock Exchange(s) in terms of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015: and <BR> <BR> 2. An outstanding long term borrowings of Rs. 100 Crores or above as mentioned in the circular; and <BR> <BR> 3.
