Resignation of Mr. Manoj Sharma (DIN :00541803) as Independent Director from the Board of Directors of the company w.e.f. April 29, 2022. Details required under Reg. 30 of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015 and clause 7B of Para A of Part A of Schedule III to the SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015 is enclosed herewith as Annexure -B).
