Sub: Intimation of Closure of Trading Window under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 for the Quarter ended on 31 December 2020.<BR> Please be informed that, pursuant to the internal Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trades of Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (''Company'') read with applicable provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives, shall remain closed with effect from Friday, January 1, 2021 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Financial Results of the Company for the Third Quarter ending on December 31, 2020. <BR> The date of Board meeting of the Company will be intimated in due course. <BR> <BR>
