Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we inform, that the Board of Directors of Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited at their meeting held today i.e. 12 November 2020, inter-alia:<BR> <BR> i) approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and half year <BR> ended on September 30, 2020.<BR> ii) approved the appointment of M/s Alankit Assignments Limited (SEBI registration <BR> No. INR000002532) as the Registrar & Transfer Agents (R & TA) of the Company w.e.f. 08 October <BR> 2020 and adopted the Agreement with the R & TA.<BR> <BR> Please find enclosed herewith a copy of the said financial results along with limited review report of the auditors.<BR> <BR> The same are being uploaded on the website of the Company at www.mazagondock.in.<BR> <BR> The Board Meeting commenced at 15:00 hrs IST and concluded at 15: 55 hrs IST.<BR> <BR> <BR>
