Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing herewith the Postal Ballot Notice seeking approval of the members of the Company by way of remote e-Voting facility for the resolutions set forth in the said Notice. The Board of Directors in its Meeting held on 26th April, 2023 has authorized Shri Sandeep Jairath, Whole Time Director cum Chief Financial Officer to fix Cut-off date for dispatch of the Postal Ballot Notice and ascertaining eligibility of members to participate in e-Voting facility. Accordingly, the Cut-off date for dispatch of postal ballot notice and ascertaining eligibility of Members to participate in the remote e-Voting facility is fixed for 12th May 2023. Further, The Postal Ballot Notice is also available on the Company''s website at www.mmwlindia.com
